Air lines are dangerous - use them correctlyPutting into serviceBefore use check cap-retaining screws are secure.If the Airtool is dropped check for cracked components. Check airline pressure before connecting the Air tool.The Air toolshould be used only by people trained in the use ofpneumatically operated tools. UseKeep hands away from moving parts. Never operatethe Air tool near the face or body. Only use Air toolto fit CV boots. If air line pressure exceeds 9 barfit a regulator. Disconnect the Air tool from the air supplyafter use.Operation:1. Slide boot onto arms, large end first. The arms shouldjust protrude from the small end of the boot. To fit a bootto an inner joint, turn the boot inside out before sliding ionto the Airtools´s arm.2. Press " + " button until arms open enough to pass overthe joint. Keep hands clear of moving parts. The air linecan now be disconnected. The arms will remain openuntil the " - " button is pressed.3. Place Airtool over CV joint and press release button(" -"). Keep hands away from moving parts.4. Withdraw the Airtool, leaving the boot in position.Complete the installation in the normal way.
